Drewel Building & Remote Meeting PRESENT: Committee Chair Nehring Committee Vice-Chair Dunn Committee Member Low (remote) Committee Member Mead Committee Member Peterson Ryan Countryman, Council Staff Hilary McGowan, Planning and Development Services Lisa Hickey, Assistant Clerk of the Council CALL TO ORDER Committee Chair Nehring called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m. ROLL CALL The clerk called the roll and stated that all five members were present. PUBLIC COMMENT There were no persons present wishing to provide public comment. Ordinance 24-067, relating to Growth Management, amending SCC 2024-1541 30.23A.100; concerning urban residential design standards review Hilary McGowan, Planning and Development Services, provided a PowerPoint presentation and responded to questions. ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session August 28th to set time and date for public hearing. Deb Bell, Sr. Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report for the following items: 2. Ordinance 24-068, approving and authorizing the Snohomish 2024-1697 County Executive to sign the interlocal agreements between Snohomish County and the Snohomish Conservation District and Tulalip Tribes for implementation of portions of the Shorelands Floodplains by design phase III grant ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session August 28th to set time and date for public hearing. 3. Motion 24-310, authorizing the Snohomish County Executive to 2024-1675 sign Amendment No. 6 with ProDIGIQ, Inc. for software and support services at the Snohomish County Airport at Paine Field ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session August 28th for consideration. 4. Motion 24-313, authorizing the County Executive to execute the 2024-1582 Professional Services Agreement with Cascadia Consulting Group, Inc. for the creation of the Snohomish County Communitywide Climate Resiliency Plan ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session August 28th for consideration.
