Ordinance 24-112, relating to Growth Management; amending 2024-2999 Chapter 30.74 SCC; concerning the docket cycle update Hilary McGowan, Planning and Development Services, provided a PowerPoint presentation. ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session December 11th to set time and date for a public hearing. DISCUSSION ITEM 1. Ordinance 24-097, relating to the Critical Area Regulations Update 2024-2646 pursuant to the Growth Management Act, amending Snohomish County Code Chapters 30.62A Wetlands and Fish and Wildlife Habitat Conservation Areas, 30.62B Geologically Hazard Areas, 30.62C Critical Aquifer Recharge Areas, 30.43C Flood Hazard Permits, 30.86 Fees, and 30.91 Definitions Sarah Titcomb and Terri Strandberg, Planning and Development Services, provided a PowerPoint presentation and responded to questions throughout .
