Committee Chair Nehring called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.

Ryan Countryman, Sr. Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report for the
following items and responded to questions throughout:
1. Ordinance 24-115, dissolving Diking District No. 3 pursuant to 2024-3105
Chapter 36.96 RCW
ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session January
15th to set time and date for a public hearing.
2. Motion 24-523, approving Construction Agreement GCB 4099 2024-3156
between Snohomish County and Washington State Department of
Transportation to add County work to the US 2/Sexton Creek to
Pilchuck River Fish Passage Project
ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session January 8th
for consideration.
3. Motion 25-005, authorizing approval of Reimbursement Agreement 2024-3183
with Olympic Pipeline Facilities for the Chinook Marsh Project
ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session January 15th
for consideration.
4. Motion 25-022, appointing Jeff Chandler to the Snohomish County 2025-0275
Planning Commission
ACTION: Move to Regular Agenda, General Legislative Session January 8th to
set time and date for a public hearing.
