Ordinance 25-017, relating to Growth Management; concerning 2025-0835 school impact fees; amending Chapter 30.66C of the Snohomish County Code Eileen Canola, Planning and Development Services, responded to Committee Member Dunn's question about ADU language changes in Proposed Amendment Sheet 1. ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session April 9th to set time and date for a public hearing. 2. Motion 25-123, authorizing the County Executive to authorize a 2025-0739 Formal Task Assignment Amendment to the Public Works On-Call Agreement for environmental consulting for Remedial Investigation at Snohomish County Airport at Paine Field ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session April 9th for consideration. 3. Motion 25-141, authorizing the Snohomish County Executive to 2025-0849 execute a contract for RFG 24-011BC on-call surveying with David Evans & Associates Inc. at the Snohomish County Airport ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session April 9th for consideration. 4. Motion 25-142, authorizing the Snohomish County Executive to 2025-0788 execute a contract for RFQ 24-011BC on-call sanitary sewer engineering with RH2 Engineering, Inc. at the Snohomish County Airport ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session April 9th for consideration. Motion 25-158, authorizing the Snohomish County Executive to 2025-0865 execute a contract for RFQ 24-011BC On-Call Airport Planning and Business Services with C&S Engineers, Inc., at the Snohomish County Airport ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session April 9th for consideration. 7. Motion 25-162, authorizing the Snohomish County Executive to 2025-0866 execute a contract for RFQ 24-011BC on-call airfield engineering with RS&H, Inc. at the Snohomish County Airport ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session April 9th for consideration. DISCUSSION ITEM 1. Briefing on Proposed Changes Spurred by the 2024 Phase 1 2025-1124 Municipal Stormwater Permit Sarah Titcomb, Planning and Development Services, provided a PowerPoint presentation and responded to questions throughout.
