Motion 25-176, authorizing the Snohomish County Executive to 2025-0981 execute a contract for RFQ 24-011BC on-call airport planning and business services with Landrum & Brown at the Snohomish County Airport ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session April 23rd for consideration. 2. Motion 25-177, authorizing the Snohomish County Executive to 2025-0992 execute a contract for RFQ 24-011BC on-call airport landside and structural engineering services with KPFF, Inc. at the Snohomish County Airport ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session April 23rd for consideration. 3. Motion 25-178, authorizing the Snohomish County Executive to 2025-0997 execute a contract for RFQ 24-011BC on-call airport transportation engineering services with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. at the Snohomish County Airport ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session April 23rd for consideration. 4. Motion 25-179, authorizing the Snohomish County Executive to 2025-0998 execute a contract for RFQ 23-005BC Part B with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. at the Snohomish County Airport ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session April 23rd for consideration. DISCUSSION ITEM 1. Snohomish County Marine Resource Committee 2024 Annual 2025-1256 Report Natasha Coumou, Marine Resource Committee Chair / Tulalip Tribes Representative and Elisa Dawson, Surface Water Management, introduced the MRC Members present and provided a PowerPoint presentation.
