Committee Chair Low called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

Nicole Gorle, Sr. Legislative Analyst, provided staff reports for Items 1-2:
1. Motion 24-107, authorizing the County Executive to sign a contract 2024-0007
with Zavtek, Inc to provide scheduled maintenance and on call
emergency repair services to the County’s Uninterruptible Power
Systems (UPS)
ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session March 27th for
consideration.
2. Motion 24-089, approving and authorizing the County Executive to 2024-0164
execute Amendment 2 to the Services Agreement with American
Platform Services, an Arizona LLC., d/b/a TheRecordXchange
ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session March 20th for
consideration.

execute an Interlocal Agreement with the Tulalip Tribes of
Washington to Transfer 64th Street NW

27th to set time and date for public hearing.
4. Motion 24-088, authorizing the County Executive to sign 2024-0196
Professional Services Agreement CC03-24 with Financial
Consulting Solutions Group, Inc. for a Solid Waste Rate Study
ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session March 27th for
consideration.
