Motion 24-107, authorizing the County Executive to sign a contract 2024-0007 with Zavtek, Inc to provide scheduled maintenance and on call emergency repair services to the County’s Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session March 27th for consideration. 2. Motion 24-089, approving and authorizing the County Executive to 2024-0164 execute Amendment 2 to the Services Agreement with American Platform Services, an Arizona LLC., d/b/a TheRecordXchange ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session March 20th for consideration. Motion 24-088, authorizing the County Executive to sign 2024-0196 Professional Services Agreement CC03-24 with Financial Consulting Solutions Group, Inc. for a Solid Waste Rate Study ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session March 27th for consideration.
