PUBLIC COMMENT There were no persons present wishing to provide public comment. Ordinance 24-022, approving and authorizing the Snohomish 2024-0291 County Executive to sign an Interlocal Agreement between Snohomish County and the City of Arlington for equipment maintenance and repair services ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session April 10th to set time and date for public hearing. 2. Ordinance 24-023, approving and authorizing the Snohomish 2024-0294 County Executive to sign an Interlocal Agreement between Snohomish County and the City of Marysville concerning equipment maintenance and repair services ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session April 10th to set time and date for public hearing. 3. Ordinance 24-024, approving and authorizing the Snohomish 2024-0295 County Executive to sign an Interlocal Agreement between Snohomish County and the City of Mukilteo for equipment maintenance and repair services ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session April 10th to set time and date for public hearing. 4. Ordinance 24-025, approving and authorizing the Snohomish 2024-0296 County Executive to sign an Interlocal Agreement between Snohomish County and the Stillaguamish Tribe for equipment maintenance and repair services ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session April 10th to set time and date for public hearing. 5. Motion 24-125, approving airspace lease for access road for 2024-0328 maintenance and replacement of existing rail corridor bridge known as Haller Bridge ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session April 10th for consideration. Motion 24-132, approving a 2023 Budget transfer in the Facilities 2024-0374 and Fleet Department between programs within the Facilities Services Fund 511 ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session April 10th for consideration. 7. Motion 24-130, authorizing an Agreement for Professional Services 2024-0317 with Toole Design Group, LLC, for the Snohomish River Regional Trail Design and Development Project ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session April 10th for consideration. 8. Motion 24-133, approving and authorizing the execution of the 2024-0323 agreement for professional services with Aspire HR, Inc. for an absence management system ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session April 10th for consideration. 9. Motion 24-123, approving and authorizing the County Executive to 2024-0320 execute the Right-of-Way Plan for 84th St NE & 123rd Ave NE Intersection Safety Improvements; RC1790; UPI# 22-0013 ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session April 10th for consideration. DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. Lake Ketchum Restoration/LakeWise 2024-0446 Marisa Burghdoff, Surface Water Management Gregg Farris, Surface Water Management Marisa Burghdoff and Gregg Farris, Surface Water Management, provided a PowerPoint presentation and responded to questions. Snohomish County Marine Resources Advisory Committee 2023 2024-0362 Annual Report Natasha Coumou, Tulalip Tribes Representative, Chair Joycelyn Blue, Staff Elisa Dawson, Senior Planner, Surface Water Management Natasha Coumou, Joycelyn Blue and Elisa Dawson, Marine Resources Advisory Committee, provided a PowerPoint presentation and responded to questions.
