Drewel Building & Remote Meeting PRESENT: Committee Chair Low Committee Vice-Chair Peterson Committee Member Nehring Committee Member Dunn Committee Member Mead Deb Bell, Council Staff Lisa Hickey, Assistant Clerk of the Council CALL TO ORDER Committee Chair Low called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. ROLL CALL The clerk called the roll and stated that five members were present. PUBLIC COMMENT There were no persons present wishing to provide public comment. Motion 24-288, approving and authorizing the County Executive to 2024-1518 execute State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCPG) Contract E24-360 with Washington Military Department and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session August 28th for consideration. 2. Motion 24-321, approving and authorizing the County Executive to 2024-0936 execute Amendment 2 to the Master Services and Purchasing Agreement between Snohomish County and Axon Enterprise, Inc. ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session August 28th for consideration. 3. Motion 24-312, approving and authorizing the County Executive to 2024-1727 sign an Intergovernmental Services Agreement between Snohomish County and the City of Mukilteo for traffic signal, flashing crosswalk, beacon, radar speed sign, and street light maintenance ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session August 28th for consideration. 4. Motion 24-318, approving a budget transfer between programs 2024-1805 within the Road Fund 102 ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session August 28th for consideration. 5. Motion 24-315, approving Property Officer of the Department of 2024-1764 Facilities and Fleet to sign temporary easement on behalf of Snohomish County in favor of Washington Department of Transportation for Snohomish River bridge painting and widening affecting portions of Tax Account Numbers 28051300301700 and 28051300403000 ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session August 28th for consideration.
