Committee Chair Low called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

ACTION ITEM
Deb Bell, Sr. Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report for the following item:
1. Ordinance 24-053, granting a non-exclusive franchise authorizing 2024-1279
limited use of the Public Road Rights-Of-Way in portions of
Snohomish County, Washington to the city of Gold Bar
ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session July 10th
to set time and date for public hearing.

1. Facilities and Fleet - Operation and Maintenance Plan Presentation 2024-1395
for the two Bridge Housing Facilities

Gerald Lider, resident of Lynnwood, spoke about traffic in school zones.
