Page 1 of 2 Public Infrastructure and Meeting Minutes July 02, 2024 Conservation Committee ACTION ITEM Deb Bell, Sr. Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report for the following item: 1. Ordinance 24-053, granting a non-exclusive franchise authorizing 2024-1279 limited use of the Public Road Rights-Of-Way in portions of Snohomish County, Washington to the city of Gold Bar ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session July 10th to set time and date for public hearing. DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. Facilities and Fleet - Operation and Maintenance Plan Presentation 2024-1395 for the two Bridge Housing Facilities JaNae Nelson, Facilities and Fleet Director Bill Penor, Facilities and Fleet Deputy Director JaNae Nelson, Facilities & Fleet Director and Bill Penor, Facilities & Fleet Deputy Director, provided a PowerPoint presentation and responded to questions throughout. 2. Public Works - Road Safety Discussion 2024-1396 Kelly Snyder, Public Works Director Doug McCormick, Public Works Deputy Director and Engineer Kelly Snyder, Public Works Director, Doug McCormick, Public Works Deputy Director, and Christina Curtis, Public Works, provided a PowerPoint presentation and discussion ensued. PUBLIC COMMENT Gerald Lider, resident of Lynnwood, spoke about traffic in school zones. Meeting adjourned at 10:55 a.m. Page 2 of 2
