Call the meeting to order by the Village President. 2. Approval of Village President to authorize payments for monthly expenditures for October 3. Proposed railroad communication tower project 4. Village of Solon Springs Truck Replacement Fund Money Market Account & Village of Solon Springs Fire Department Apparatus Fund Money Market Account The Village of Solon Springs has line items in its budget for replacement funds and in an effort to keep segregated funds for the reserves additional money market accounts should be opened. To approve Resolution number 2015-R-10 Establishing Money Market Accounts for Village of Solon Springs Vehicle Replacement Fund and Village of Solon Springs Fire Department Apparatus Fund authorizing opening an additional money market account for the Village of Solon Springs and authorizing Village President Michael Blaylock and Treasurer Becky Nordskog and Clerk Kathy Burger to sign all documents required to open said accounts. 5. Continued discussion/plan to develop the 2016 budget for the Village of Solon Springs and Village Sewer Department 6.
