Business by Public If you would like to speak before the Village Board, please sign your name on the sign-up sheet prior to the Board meeting. Due to requirements of the Wisconsin Open Meeting Laws, only matters placed on this agenda may be approved by the Board at the meeting. Citizens may address the Board regarding items which require no action. No personal attacks on individuals will be allowed, and all comments by members of the public shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length. People signed up to speak: e. All licenses approved are contingent upon meeting Village Code requests, and the Board approves. Treasurer's report for March (Profit and Loss, and Reconciliation Detail). 3. Approval of payments for General fund checking and Sewer fund checking; all listed on the Expenditure report dated April 22, 2019. g. Correspondence received since March 25, 2019 regular meeting to be acknowledged and placed on file: 1. Thank you letter from Upper St. Croix Sanitary Lake District for public works crew assisting in their sewer plug 2. Donation request from Amanda Linden for annual Easter Egg Hunt 3. Thank you letter from Development Association for renewing membership 1 h. Approval of Zoning permit applications: 1. Nathan & Ida Sampson – replace retaining wall, new roof patching, deck and screen porch construction, garden fencing 2. Sharon Sullivan – re-shingle roof 3. Jeff and Amanda Hunker – renew permit #2008 – fill over 50 yards for fire pit and patio; 12x16 covered porch 4. Douglas County Forestry Department – demo and removal of structure and 2 outbuildings; sewer disconnection. Licensing: 1. Approval of Operators Licenses issued: Michelle Blaylock for Ducks Unlimited and Douglas Nagle for Solon Springs Lions Club 2. Consideration and approval of published liquor license applications: none 3. Consideration and approval of Class “B”/Picnic license application: Ducks Unlimited Solon Springs Chapter and Lions Club Annual Smelt Fry 4. Consideration and approval of cigarette license – none Business by the Board: Unfinished Business: 1. Sewer extension project – recommendation for bids for sewer extension project 2. Update on F250 truck purchase and selling 3. Resolution #2019 4-22-19 to formally approve the selling of 11514 S. Superior Street property – roll call vote 4. Reminder – May board meeting rescheduled to May 20th New Business: 5. Discussion on updating ordinances for trustee attendance at monthly meetings and non-payment for missed meetings 6.
