If you would like to speak before the Village Board, please sign your name on the sign-up sheet prior to the Board meeting. Due to
requirements of the Wisconsin Open Meeting Laws, only matters placed on this agenda may be approved by the Board at the
meeting. Citizens may address the Board regarding items which require no action. No personal attacks on individuals will be
allowed, and all comments by members of the public shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length.

There will be no separate action on these items unless a Board Member Board utilizing a single vote. All licenses approved are
contingent upon meeting Village Code requests, and the Board approves. Communications are on file in the Clerk's Office and may be
viewed in their entirety during regular office hours.
1. Approval of minutes for the regular board meeting 4/22/2019
2. Treasurer's report for April (Profit and Loss, and Reconciliation Detail).
3. Approval of payments for General fund checking and Sewer fund checking; all listed on
the Expenditure report dated May 20, 2019.
g. Correspondence received since April 22, 2019 regular meeting to be acknowledged and
placed on file:
1. Douglas County Forestry Department informing the Village of upcoming survey
work on their Main Street property
h. Approval of Zoning permit applications:
1. Nathan & Ida Sampson – renewal of permit 1982 & 2020 – side home and
addition of new windows

2. Yorman Nickel Trust – renewal of permit #2006 – storage building
3. Yorman Nickel Trust – renewal of permit #2013 - new foundation with partial
basement, new windows, roof, siding and interior remodel
4. Yorman Nickel Trust – renewal of permit #1979 – raise dwelling and put on new
foundation, windows, siding, roof, electrical and plumbing, New 24x 32 garage
5. Steven Long – renewal of permit #2004 – build single family home
Licensing:
1. Approval of Operators Licenses issued: see attached
2. Consideration and approval of published liquor license applications: see attached
3. Consideration and approval of Class “B”/Picnic license application: Solon Springs
Lions Club for Music in the Park & Solon Springs Forward for Jazzy Fun-Raiser
4. Consideration and approval of cigarette license – see attached
Business by the Board:
Unfinished Business:
1. Airport bill from WI DOT
2. Discussion on updating ordinances for trustee attendance at monthly meetings
and non-payment for missed meetings
New Business:
1. CMAR Sewer Report –resolution needed to accept the Compliance Maintenance
Annual Report required by DNR. A resolution of acceptance by the Village Board is
attached for your review and recommendation of the Compliance Maintenance Report
Resolution #2018-14. The report will be submitted to the DNR after the resolution,
also required by the DNR. No further actions are necessary at this point in time
relative to the 2018 CMAR.
