If you would like to speak before the Village Board, please sign your name on the sign-up sheet prior to the Board meeting. Due to
requirements of the Wisconsin Open Meeting Laws, only matters placed on this agenda may be approved by the Board at the
meeting. Citizens may address the Board regarding items which require no action. No personal attacks on individuals will be
allowed, and all comments by members of the public shall be limited to three (3) minutes in length.

There will be no separate action on these items unless a Board Member Board utilizing a single vote. All licenses approved are
contingent upon meeting Village Code requests, and the Board approves. Communications are on file in the Clerk's Office and may be
viewed in their entirety during regular office hours.
1. Approval of minutes for the regular board meeting 8/24/2020.
2. Treasurer's report for August (Profit and Loss, and Reconciliation Detail).
i. Interest applied to unpaid 2019 Personal Property Taxes: Jimmie’s
Ice Cream Shop and KD’s Family Restaurant
3. Approval of payments for General fund checking and Sewer fund checking; all listed on
the Expenditure report dated September 28, 2020.
g. Correspondence received since August 24, 2020 regular meeting to be acknowledged
and placed on file:
1. WISLR Road Certification Map and Packet
h. Approval of Zoning permit applications:
1. R&B Northwest Rentals LLC – new garage

2. Jerry & Laura Strand – new 12x20 shed
3. Karen Kubala– renewal of permit #2035 re-roof garage
4. James James – new windows, siding and kitchen remodel
Licensing:
1. Approval of Operators Licenses issued: Robert Baldwin, Cierra Kiel, Krista
Martineau and Melissa Vatnsdal for Harvest Festival
2. Consideration and approval of published liquor license applications: none
3. Consideration and approval of Class “B”/Picnic license application: Hidden Greens
Couples League – for Harvest Festival

extending the Village’s Draw-Down Period to March 31, 2021.

5) Superior Street property – request 2 year extension on rebuild for Nelson property
