Blacktopping projects: • Open blacktopping bids for Baldwin Avenue • Funding 5th Street and Baldwin projects - final numbers Approval of the promissory note in the amount of $338,000.00, accruing interest at the rate of 4.66%. Said note is for the public purpose of Baldwin and 5th Street road projects. Down payment of $50,000. 4-years annual payment = $79,056 semi-annual = $39,528  b.
