Approval of Zoning permit applications: • Bruce Nelson- new garage, sidewalks, air and furnace replacement • Harold & Ann Grossman- raze/removal of old garage; new garage • Randy & Melissa Johnson- new windows and doors • Shane Nordness- new home/sewer connection • Steven Long- permit #2051 renewal - new house build/sewer connection • Carol & Todd Krynski- permit #2149 renewal - new garage- added 10 foot lean-to onto garage f. Blacktopping projects: • Open blacktopping bids for 5th Street • funding 5th Street and Baldwin projects  Approval of the promissory note in the amount of $338,000.00, accruing interest at the rate of 4.66%. Said note is for the public purpose of Baldwin and 5th Street road projects. Down payment of $50,000. 4-years annual payment = $79,056 semi-annual = $39,528 or 5-years annual payment = $64,680 semi-annual = $32,340 b. Railroad crossing closure update & resolution for the petition for the alteration of an at-grade crossing c. Robert Edelstein property-title work for road, zoning for fence, driveway & sewer connection d. Boom truck e. 2020 F250 truck f. 2024 truck 7 New Business a. Annexation request from Pat O'Brien for storage condos b. Parcel split request on Pluntz drive c. Room tax and village retaining 30%. d.
