Cemetery Board – Special Meeting

Village of South Amherst Cemetery Board Meeting 4/19/2022 Rosemary Leshinski called the meeting to order at 6:07pm Board Members present: Rosemary Leshinski, Marilyn Makruski, Andrew Johnson Village Council Liaison: None Visitors: None Agenda Rosemary Leshinski asked if there were any additions to the agenda. None were made. Andrew Johnson moved to accept the agenda. Marilyn Makruski seconded. The roll was called in favor. Meeting Minutes The Board reviewed the Budget worksheet provided by Michelle Henke, Fiscal Officer, and Paula Knodel. Each line item was discussed. Both short and long-term cemetery needs were discussed. Amounts were agreed upon for both operating and perpetual fund expenditures. Paula Knodel will update the worksheet and discuss the questions that need input from Michelle Henke. Once Michelle has updated her schedules, she will return a final version of the budget to be agreed on by the Board. This will have to be done via email as the Budget is due by the end of the month.
