Cemetery Board – Special Meeting

Village of South Amherst Cemetery Board Meeting 5/2/2022 Rosemary Leshinski called the meeting to order at 6:04pm Board Members present: Rosemary Leshinski, Marilyn Makruski, Andrew Johnson Village Council Liaison: None Visitors: Mayor Leshinski Agenda Rosemary Leshinski asked if there were any additions to the agenda. None were made. Andrew Johnson moved to accept the agenda. Marilyn Makruski seconded. The roll was called in favor. Meeting Minutes The Board reviewed two proposals for the manufacture of two base plates needed to secure the main entrance sign. Kuhn Fabricating - $694.00 total cost Quality 1 Welding & Fabricating - $625.00 each Andrew Johnson made a motion to have Kuhn Fabricating manufacture the base plates. Marylin Makruski seconded the motion. The roll was called in favor. At 6:18pm, Andrew Johnson motioned for the meeting to adjourn. Marylin Makruski seconded. The roll was called in favor.
