November 21, 2022 South Amherst Board of Public Affairs Storm & Water Public Hearing Minutes Roll Call: Board Members Present: Zoltan Zoltai, Tom Pellittieri, Mark Leshinski Operator of Record: Dennis Hevener Clerk: Alexandra Sabine Liaison and Council Representative: Jeri Leigh Siss Visitors: Virgil Flynn / 321 Elm Street Reading of Proposed Ordinance / Rate Schedule: Zoltan Zoltai read aloud the proposed ordinance changes and rate schedule for the rate increase. He also discussed portions of the handout including topics such as Lorain County Rural Water Authority, the user fee fund, and outstanding debt of the SABPA. Floor Open for Q & A: Zoltan Zoltai opened the floor for questions or comments. There were no questions or comments presented. Adjournment: Mark Leshinski moved to adjourn the public hearing.
