Village of South Blooming Grove Board of Trustees Special Meeting Thursday January 8, 2015 2:00 P.M.  Call to order o Mayor Jeroloman called to order the Village Board Special Meeting at 2:15 pm on January 8, 2015 at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York.  Roll call The following persons were present: o Robert Jeroloman – Mayor o John Hickey- Deputy Mayor o James Mullany - Trustee o Dorine Sas – Trustee  Absent o Garry Dugan-Trustee  New business o Motion to assign the annexation petition for properties from the Town of Monroe to the Village of South Blooming Grove and the Town of Blooming Grove to Feerick, Lynch, and MacCartney. Motion to accept made by Trustee Sas, seconded by Trustee Mullany. Motion passed 4 Ayes, 1 Absent-Trustee Dugan.  Adjournment o Motion to close the meeting by Trustee Sas, seconded by Deputy Mayor Hickey at 3:15 pm. 4 Ayes, 1 Absent- Trustee Dugan.
