Village of South Blooming Grove Zoning Board of Appeals January 15, 2015 7:30 P.M.  Call to order o Chairperson Stuart Greenberg called to order the Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting on January 15, 2015 at 7:30 p.m.at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York. Chairperson Greenberg opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.  Roll call The following persons were present: o Stuart Greenberg - Chairperson o Sonia Ayala – Member o Peter Piampiano – Member Also Present: o Mike Weeks – Village Engineer o John Furst, Esq. – Special Counsel o Remigiusz Jakubowski - Applicant  Adoption of Minutes o Motion to accept minutes of the December 18, 2014 regular meeting minutes by Member Ayala, seconded by Member Piampiano. 2 Ayes, 1 Abstain - Chairperson Greenberg  Escrow Review o Reviewed vouchers and bank statements.  Correspondence o None.  Business o Remigiusz Jakubowski, applicant gave a brief overview of his proposed plans for an area variance regarding a building expansion on his property located at 78 Duelk Avenue. o Member Piampiano, Member asked applicant to make sure all numbers are consistent throughout the application. o John Furst, Special Counsel advised Remigiusz Jakubowski that his application paperwork should include his wife Agnes Jakubowski since her name is on the deed. o Mike Weeks, Village Engineer asked applicant to submit pictures of similar building expansions within the area of applicant’s property located at 78 Duelk Avenue.  Village of South Blooming Grove Zoning Board of Appeals January 15, 2015 7:30 P.M. o Resolution No. 1: Resolution of Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of South Blooming Grove (“ZBA”) setting a public hearing date with respect to the review of an area variance application to allow a building expansion within the required front yard setback on property located at Section 48, Block 5, Lot 19, said property also known as 78 Duelk Avenue. Motion made by Member Ayala and seconded by Member Piampiano. 3 Ayes.  Adjournment o The next meeting is scheduled for February 19, 2015 with a public hearing for the applicant Remigiusz Jakubowski. o Motion to close the meeting at 7:52 p.m. made by Member Piampiano and seconded by Member Ayala. 3 Ayes.
