Village of South Blooming Grove Board of Trustees Special Meeting Wednesday February 11, 2015 7:00 P.M.  Call to order o Mayor Jeroloman called to order the Village Board Special Meeting at 7:07 pm on February 11, 2015 at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York.  Roll call The following persons were present: o Robert Jeroloman - Mayor o James Mullany - Trustee o Dorine Sas – Trustee Absent o John Hickey – Deputy Mayor Garry Dugan - Trustee  Public Comments o Jimmy LoFranco - inquired about the garbage pick-up policy when there is a snow event. The Mayor advised that pick-up would take place the following day after snow event. o Dennis Williams - inquired if the garbage company will pick up bags that are not in the garbage bins provided.  Correspondence o None  Mayor Comments o None  Trustee Comments o None  Abstract o Motion to adopt the abstract by Trustee Sas, seconded by Trustee Mullany; 3 Ayes, 2 Absent. 1  Village of South Blooming Grove Board of Trustees Special Meeting Wednesday February 11, 2015 7:00 P.M.  New business o Resolution No.5 – Resolution regarding the Village’s immunity from zoning code provision with respect to certain Village Structures. Motion to accept made by Trustee Mullany, seconded by Trustee Sas. 3 Ayes, 2 Absent. o Motion into executive session to discuss a code enforcement action by Trustee Sas, seconded by Trustee Mullany at 7:21 pm. 3 Ayes, 2 Absent. o Motion to exit executive session by Trustee Sas, seconded by Trustee Mullany at 7:50 p.m. 3 Ayes, 2 Absent.  Adjournment o Motion to close the meeting by Trustee Mullany, seconded by Trustee Sas at 7:55 pm. 3 Ayes, 2 Absent.
