Village of South Blooming Grove Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing February 19, 2015 Thursday 7:30 P.M.  Call to order o Chairperson Stuart Greenberg called to order the Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing on February 19, 2015 at 7:33 p.m.at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York.  Roll call The following persons were present: o Stuart Greenberg - Chairperson o Sonia Ayala – Member o Peter Piampiano – Member Also Present: o Mike Weeks – Village Engineer o Michael R. Frascarelli, Esq. – Counsel o Remigiusz Jakubowski - Applicant  Business o Applicant Remigiusz and Agnieszka Jakubowski propose to build a small mudroom and are seeking an area variance on property located at Section 48, Block 5, Lot 19, said property also known as 78 Duelk Avenue. o The applicant submitted proof of mailing along with certified return receipts and returned cards. o Exhibit 1 – pictures of several homes in the neighborhood with mud rooms similar to what is proposed by applicant. o The application was deemed complete by the Board. o The public hearing notice was published in the Times Herald Record.  Public Comment o None, no other persons were present at the meeting other than the Zoning Board of Appeals members, the experts and the applicant.  Adjournment o Motion to close the public hearing at 7:40 p.m. made by Member Piampiano and seconded by Member Ayala. 3 Ayes.
