Village of South Blooming Grove Zoning Board of Appeals March 19, 2015 Thursday 7:30 P.M.  Call to order o Chairperson Stuart Greenberg called to order the Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting on March 19, 2015 at 7:30 p.m.at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York. Chairperson Greenberg opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.  Roll call The following persons were present: o Stuart Greenberg - Chairperson o Sonia Ayala – Member The following persons were also present: o Kerry Dougherty- Clerk o John Furst, Esq.- The following persons were absent: o Peter Piampiano – Member  Adoption of Minutes o Motion to accept minutes of the February 19, 2015 regular meeting minutes and the February 19, 2015 public hearing minutes made by Member Ayala, seconded by Chairperson Greenberg. 2 Ayes, 1 Absent- Member Piampiano  Escrow Review o N/A  Correspondence o None.  Business o Miami Property Group application:  Richard Croughan, attorney for the applicant, presented the application to the board.  The Board advised that if the existing shed on the property does not meet requirements, conditions will be made to remove the shed.  The Board advised the applicant to bring pictures of the carport from all angles to the public hearing.  The applicant advised that the property was purchased from a bank foreclosure with the carport already existing.  Motion to set the date for the Public Hearing as April 16, 2015 made by Member Ayala, seconded by Chairperson Greenberg. 2 Ayes, 1 Absent- Member Piampiano.  Adjournment o The next meeting is scheduled for April 16, 2015. o Motion to close the meeting at 7:46 p.m. made by Member Ayala and seconded by Chairperson Greenberg. 2 Ayes, 1 Absent- Member Piampiano.
