Village of South Blooming Grove Zoning Board of Appeals Continued Public Hearing July 16, 2015 Thursday 7:30 P.M.  Call to order o Member Piampiano called to order the Zoning Board of Appeals Continued Public Hearing on July 16, 2015 at 7:30 p.m.at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York.  Roll call The following persons were present: o Sonia Ayala – Member o Peter Piampiano – Member Also Present: o John Furst, Esq. – Village Attorney o Joe Morello – Applicant Representative The following persons were absent: o Chairperson – Stuart Greenberg  Business o Krista Morello application:  Krista Morello, applicant is seeking area variance for a rear yard setback to covert an existing 20 x 20 rear deck into a three-season room; and a area variance for an accessory structure to an existing residential dwelling on real property situated at Section 205, Block 9, Lot 3, said property also known as 6 Red Bird Drive. o The application was deemed complete by the Board. o The public hearing notice was published in the Times Herald Record.  Public Comment o None, no other persons were present at the meeting other than the Zoning Board of Appeals members, and the applicant. o Motion to close the public hearing at 7:33 p.m. made by Member Ayala and seconded by Member Piampiano. 2 Ayes, 1 Absent- Chairperson Greenberg.
