Call to order
o Mayor Jeroloman called to order the Village Board Meeting at 7:00 pm on July 13, 2015 at the
South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South
Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York.
Roll call
The following persons were present:
o Robert Jeroloman – Mayor
o John Hickey- Deputy Mayor
o James Mullany - Trustee
o Dorine Sas – Trustee
o James LoFranco- Trustee
o Joe McKay, Esq.- Village Attorney
Adoption of Minutes
o Motion to adopt April 13, 2015 minutes by Trustee Sas, seconded by Deputy Mayor Hickey. 4
Ayes, 1 Abstain (Trustee LoFranco).
Public Comments
o Pete Piampiano - continues to be concerned with safety issues regarding the pool located at 14
Houston Avenue. Additionally, he inquired about his neighbor’s fence and inquired about an
update on status of his inquiries.
o Bob Strommer - asked what the status of Lake Anne property was and advised the Village Board
that he saw people in a vehicle for North County Ecological Services, Inc. reviewing the Lake
Anne property.
o Lucille Strommer - advised the board that there have been several parties in her neighborhood
where the music is so loud it is disturbing her quality of living. She advised that when the police
were called they were unable to determine the noise level and the officer stated that they do not
have a meter to measure the sound. Mayor Jeroloman advised that he would follow-up with the
Police Chief regarding an additional meter for measuring sound.

Trustee Comments
o Trustee Mullany expressed his disappointment in Governor Cuomo’s recent veto on two bills
brought before him regarding annexation.
Abstract
o Motion to adopt the abstract by Deputy Mayor Hickey, seconded by Trustee Sas; 5 Ayes.
New business
Resolution No. 67 – Bond resolution of the Village of South Blooming Grove,
New York, authorizing the construction of various road improvements, stating the
estimated maximum cost thereof is $700,000, appropriating said amount for such
purpose, and authorizing the issuance of bonds in the principal amount of $700,000
to finance said appropriation.
o Motion into closed session for advice of attorney by Trustee Sas, seconded by Deputy
Mayor Hickey at 8:05 pm. 5 Ayes.
o Motion to accept estimate of Heavy Equipment Operator Alexandra Development, Inc. for
work at 5 Dallas Drive made by Deputy Mayor Hickey, seconded by Trustee Sas, 5 Ayes.
o Motion to exit closed session by Trustee Sas, seconded by Deputy Mayor Hickey at 9:20
p.m. 5 Ayes.
Adjournment
o Motion to close the meeting by Trustee Sas, seconded by Trustee LoFranco at
9:21pm. 5 Ayes.
