Village of South Blooming Grove Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing June 18, 2015 Thursday 7:30 P.M.  Call to order o Chairperson Stuart Greenberg called to order the Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing on June 18, 2015 at 7:35 p.m.at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York.  Roll call The following persons were present: o Stuart Greenberg - Chairperson o Sonia Ayala – Member o Peter Piampiano – Member Also Present: o John Furst, Esq. – Village Counsel  Business o Krista Morello application:  Krista Morello, applicant is seeking area variance for a rear yard setback to covert an existing 20 x 20 rear deck into a three-season room; and a area variance for an accessory structure to an existing residential dwelling on real property situated at Section 205, Block 9, Lot 3, said property also known as 6 Red Bird Drive.  Joe Morello, applicant’s spouse submitted proof of mailing.  The public hearing notice was published in the Times Herald Record.  Due to the applicant not mailing out the public notices in a timely manner; the public hearing is continued till July 16, 2015.  Public Comment o None.  Adjournment o Motion to continue the public hearing till July 16, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. was made at 7:39 p.m. made by Member Ayala and seconded by Member Piampiano. 3 Ayes.
