Village of South Blooming Grove Zoning Board of Appeals May 21, 2015 Thursday 7:30 P.M.  Call to order o Chairperson Stuart Greenberg called to order the Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting on May 21, 2015 at 7:31 p.m.at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York. Chairperson Greenberg opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.  Roll call The following persons were present: o Stuart Greenberg - Chairperson o Sonia Ayala – Member o Peter Piampiano – Member The following persons were also present: o Kerry Dougherty- Clerk o Robert E. DiNardo, Esq.- Village Counsel  Adoption of Minutes o Motion to accept minutes of the April 16, 2015 regular meeting minutes and the April 16, 2015 public hearing minutes made by Member Piampiano seconded by Member Ayala. 3 Ayes.  Escrow Review o N/A  Correspondence o Memo to Village Clerk regarding Jakubowski escrow dated May 21, 2015.  Business o Krista Morello application:  Krista Morello, the applicant presented another drawing to the board.  Motion to set the date for the Public Hearing as June 18, 2015 made by Member Ayala, seconded by Member Piampiano. 3 Ayes.  Adjournment o The next meeting is scheduled for June 18, 2015. o Motion to close the meeting at 7:43 p.m. made by Member Piampiano and seconded by Member Ayala. 3 Ayes.
