Village of South Blooming Grove Board of Trustees Public Scoping Session Thursday May 19, 2016 7:30 P.M.  Call to order o Deputy Mayor John Hickey called to order the Village Board Meeting at 7:51 p.m. on May 19, 2016 at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York.  Roll call The following persons were present: o John Hickey – Deputy Mayor o James Mullany - Trustee o James LoFranco- Trustee Also Present o Dennis Lynch, Esq. – Special Counsel o Mike Weeks – Village Engineer o Bob Geneslaw – Village Planner o Steven Barshov, Esq. – Attorney for Clovewood applicant o Kirk Rother – Engineer for Clovewood applicant o Y.C. Rubin – Clovewood applicant o Simon Gelb – Clovewood applicant Absent o Rob Jeroloman – Mayor o Dorine Sas – Trustee  Business o Village Clerk read the public notice for the scoping session. o Special Counsel Lynch stated that the purpose of the public hearing was for both co-lead agencies to be present to receive public comments on the draft scope of the issues. What comments the public wants to make on the draft scope presented by the applicant. o Chairman Sas of the Planning Board was placed on speaker phone to listen to the meeting.  Village of South Blooming Grove Board of Trustees Public Scoping Session Thursday May 19, 2016 7:30 P.M.  Public Comments o No comments from the public were made.
