Village of South Blooming Grove Zoning Board of Appeals October 27, 2016 Thursday 7:30 P.M.  Call to order o Chairperson Stuart Greenberg called to order the Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting on October 27, 2016 at 7:34 p.m.at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York. Chairman Greenberg opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.  Roll call The following persons were present: o Stuart Greenberg - Chairman o Sonia Ayala – Member Absent: o Pete Piampiano - Member Also Present: o Eileen Lotito - Applicant  Adoption of Minutes o None.  Correspondence o Letter from Orange County Dept of Planning regarding Lotito pool variance  Business o Eileen Lotito, applicant gave a brief overview of her proposed plan for an area variance regarding an above ground pool on the property located at 23 Duelk Avenue. o Chairman Greenberg asked the applicant, Eileen Lotito to provide a survey of the property showing houses on adjacent lots, as well as the location of the pool with the actual distances from the pool to the house and also to provide pictures. o Chairman Greenberg asked the applicant to provide an authorization form from the property owner. o Eileen Lotito, applicant claimed it would be a financial hardship to pay for a survey, Chairman Greenberg indicated that he might accept something less if it were accurate. o The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of South Blooming Grove (“ZBA”) setting a public hearing date with respect to the review of an area variance application for an above ground pool on property located at Section 215, Block 5, Lot 69, said property also known as 23 Duelk Adopted: November 10, 2016  Village of South Blooming Grove Zoning Board of Appeals October 27, 2016 Thursday 7:30 P.M. Avenue.
