Village of South Blooming Grove PUBLIC HEARING Monday September 23, 2019 7:02 P.M. ➢ Call to order o Mayor LoFranco called to order the Public Hearing at 7:01 p.m. on September 23, 2019, at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York. ➢ Roll call The following persons were present: o James LoFranco- Mayor o John L. Ross – Deputy Mayor o James Mullany - Trustee o Sue Anne Vogelsberg – Trustee o Johnny Belfort – Trustee o Joseph McKay, Esq. ➢ Public Notice o The Village Clerk read the public notice regarding a special permit application submitted by Cookoo’s Nest, LLC, to authorize the property located at Section 214, Block 1, Lot 23, also known as 809 Route 208, Monroe, New York, to be used as a tavern and to review the adverse environmental impacts of the proposed action. ➢ Public Comments o John Hickey – Merriewold Ln S – supports the application for special permit. ➢ Adjournment o Motion to close the public hearing at 7:04 p.m. by Deputy Mayor Ross, seconded by Trustee Mullany. 5 Ayes, Mayor LoFranco, Deputy Mayor Ross, Trustee Belfort, Trustee Vogelsberg and Trustee Mullany.
