Village of South Blooming Grove Zoning Board of Appeals October 10, 2019 Thursday 7:30 P.M. ➢ Call to order o Chairperson James Campbell called to order the Zoning Board of Appeals work session on January 9, 2020 at 7:30 p.m.at the South Blooming Grove Village Hall located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York. Chairperson Campbell opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance. ➢ Roll call The following persons were present: o James Campbell - Chairperson o Sonia Ayala – Member o A.Dennis Williams – Alternate Member o Joseph McKay, Esq. – Special Counsel Absent: o Pete Piampiano – Member ➢ Correspondence o SEQRA Notice of Lead Agency for Stonegate Drive o Proposed 2020 ZBA Meeting Schedule ➢ Adoption of Minutes o Motion to adopt meeting minutes of August 21, 2019 continued public hearing by Member Ayala, seconded by Member Williams. 3 Ayes, 0 Nays o Motion to adopt meeting minutes of September 18, 2019 continued public hearing by Member Ayala, seconded by Chairman Campbell. 3 Ayes, 0 Nays. ➢ Business o The Zoning Board of Appeals in in receipt of a letter from the Village of South Blooming Grove Planning Board requesting consent for the Planning Board to declare Lead Agency in the Stonegate Drive LLC application. A motion to grant consent was made by Member Ayala, seconded by Chairman Campbell, 3 Ayes, 0 Nays. o The Zoning Board of Appeals is in receipt of a proposed meeting schedule for the 2020 calendar year. After review of the dates a motion was made to accept the schedule was made by Member Ayala, seconded by Member Williams, 3 Ayes, 0 Nays. o The board is in receipt of draft decision on appeal filed by the Village of South Blooming Grove Planning Board from a determination of the village building inspector and for an interpretation of the village zoning code as to the proper means to measure building height in the ridgeline overlay district. Motion was made to adopt the determination made by Member Ayala, seconded by Member Williams. 3 Ayes, 0 Nays. Adopted: January 9, 2020  Village of South Blooming Grove Zoning Board of Appeals October 10, 2019 Thursday 7:30 P.M. ➢ Adjournment o The meeting scheduled for October 24 is canceled. The next scheduled ZBA meeting is November 14, 2019. o Motion to close the meeting at 7:37 p.m. made by Chairman Campbell and seconded by Member Williams. 3 Ayes, 0 Nays.
