Village of South Blooming Grove Special Meeting Monday April 18, 2022 1:31pm  Call to order Mayor Kalaj called to order the Village Board Meeting at 1:31pm on April 18, 2022, via Zoom Webinar ID: 842 3544 0420 for the Village of South Blooming Grove located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York.  Roll call The following persons were present: o Mayor’s George Kalaj – Mayor o Abraham Weiss – Deputy Mayor o Zalmon Rosner – Trustee o Isaac Ekstein- Legislative Aide to Mayor o Al Fusco, Village Engineer o Scott Ugell Esq.- Village Attorney Absent o Yitzchok Feldman– Trustee o Asher Guttman- Trustee o Joel Stern – Confidential Assistant to the Mayor  Discussion : o Special Meeting is being called as the Village is in need of the services of an accountant.  Business o Resolution No. (052) – Resolution of the Village Board of the Village of South Blooming Grove Appointing Bonadio & Co. LLP as Village Accountant and authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Bonadio & Co. LLP. Motion to accept by Deputy Mayor Weiss, seconded by Mayor Kalaj. 3Ayes, Mayor Kalaj, Deputy Mayor Weiss, Trustee Rosner, 2 Absent- Trustee Feldman and Trustee Guttman.  Adjournment o Motion to close the meeting at 1:33pm. by Mayor Kalaj, seconded by Trustee Rosner. 3 Ayes, Mayor Kalaj, Deputy Mayor Weiss, Trustee Rosner. 2-Absent Trustee Feldman and Trustee Guttman.
