Village of South Blooming Grove Regular Meeting Monday JULY 8, 2024 8:00pm  Call to order Mayor Kalaj called to order the Village Board Meeting at 8:00pm on July 8, 2024, for the Village of South Blooming Grove located at 811 State Route 208, within the Village of South Blooming Grove, and having a mailing address of Monroe, New York.  Roll call The following persons were present: o George Kalaj - Mayor o Abraham Weiss – Deputy Mayor o Zalmon Rosner – Trustee o Todd Maurizzio, PE - Engineer o Scott Ugell Esq. – Village Attorney o Kerry Dougherty – Village Clerk o Absent – Al Fusco- Village Engineer o Absent – Joel Stern – Confidential Assistant to the Mayor o Absent – Isaac Ekstein – Legislative Aide to Mayor o Absent – Asher Guttman- Trustee o Absent – Yitzchok Feldman- Trustee o  Mayor’s Opening Comments o There was a water main break at Fort Worth Place last week.  Correspondence o None  Public Comment o None  Business o Resolution No. (47) – Resolution of the Village Board of the Village of South Blooming Grove setting a public hearing on July 22, 2024 for local law of 2024 entitled Code Enforcement. Motion to accept by Trustee Rosner, seconded by Deputy Mayor Weiss. 3 Ayes, Mayor Kalaj, Deputy Mayor Weiss and Trustee Rosner. 2 Absent - Trustee Feldman and Trustee Guttman. 1  Village of South Blooming Grove Regular Meeting Monday JULY 8, 2024 8:00pm o Resolution No. (48) – Resolution of the Village Board of the Village of South Blooming Grove adopting the amended schedule of fees and costs.
