Discussion/possible motion on proposed ordinance to amend Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code per- taining to the Civil Service Commission. 5. Discussion/possible motion to adopt the social networking policy. PUBLIC WORKS AND PUBLIC PROPERTY – C. Maass Council Agenda – September 3, 2019 PLAN COMMISSION – B. Briesemeister 6. Reminder that the next meeting of the Plan Commission will be on September 24, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. REPORTS OF THE MAYOR 7. Discussion/possible motion on a resolution opposing Milwaukee County Transit Systems proposed elimination of certain bus routes serving the south shore. 8. Beautification Committee update and reminder about the Fall Cleanup from 9:00 a.m. to noon on Sat- urday, September 21, 2019. Meet at 11th and Madison Avenues, lunch will be served after cleanup.
