Discussion/possible motion on a resolution to amend the Administrative Fee Schedule to create a Fire Department/EMS — Nuisance Assessment Fee (Per Service Call). PUBLIC WORKS AND PUBLIC PROPERTY — C. Discussion/possible motion on the Plan Commission recommendation to approve a Conditional Use Permit to construct a detached garage at 720 Hawthorne Avenue, zoned R-A Residential, with a height of 23 feet 3 inches, to match the architectural style of the principal building. 10. Discussion/possible motion on the Plan Commission recommendation to approve the Certified Survey Map to divide property known as 303 Nicholson Avenue, zoned R-A Residential, creating 16,118.4 sq. ft.
