Discussion/possible motion to enter into a contract with Skyline Catering to lease a portion of the premises of the city-owned property located at 1919 12th Avenue with an option to pur- chase. 14. Discussion/possible motion to enter into a contract with the South Milwaukee Industrial Museum, LLC to lease a portion of the premises of the city-owned property located at 1919 12th Avenue.
