of $1,559,667.58.

2. Discussion/possible motion on an ordinance to rezone certain parcels between 14 th and 15th
Avenues and Milwaukee and Michigan Avenues, from Commercial to R-B Residential. (3rd

3. Reminder that there will be a Public Hearing on the city’s budget in the Common Council
chamber on November 23, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. and a Special Meeting of the Common Council
on November 24, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. to consider of adoption of the 2021 budget.
