Approval of minutes from the March 21, 2023 Common Council Meeting. b.) Approval of letter of resignation from the Board of Health from David Flores. c.) Approval of appointment of Dr. Adam Sadik to fill the unexpired term of David Flores on the Board of Health. d.) Approval to authorize the proper city officials to enter into necessary agreements to facilitate the city’s par- ticipation in the opioid settlement pertaining to pharmacies. PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL – D. Bartoshevich 1.) Motion to adopt the items in the consent agenda. 2.) Reminder that after the third Tuesday of April, the chairperson on the standing committees shall become the vice-chairperson and the vice-chairperson shall become the chairperson. 3.) Update on South Milwaukee Earth Day event on April 29, 2023. Reports of Standing Committees FINANCE – D. Bartoshevich HUMAN RESOURCES – R. Navarro 4.) Discussion/possible motion regarding an ordinance to amend salary ordinance no. 2235 to fix and estab- lish the amount of salaries to be paid to seasonal helpers. LEGISLATION & PERMITS COMMITTEE – L. Pieper 5.) Discussion/possible motion on a proposed ordinance to amend Chapter 31 of the Municipal Code regard- ing health department licenses and business regulations. 6.)
