a.) Approval of minutes from the March 21, 2023 Common Council Meeting.
b.) Approval of letter of resignation from the Board of Health from David Flores.
c.) Approval of appointment of Dr. Adam Sadik to fill the unexpired term of David Flores on the Board of
Health.
d.) Approval to authorize the proper city officials to enter into necessary agreements to facilitate the city’s par-
ticipation in the opioid settlement pertaining to pharmacies.

2.) Reminder that after the third Tuesday of April, the chairperson on the standing committees shall become
