employment and compensation of a public employee over which the Common Council has jurisdiction or exer-
cises responsibility and Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) to deliberate and discuss negotiation strategy regarding the fol-
lowing specified public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session specifi-
cally to discuss an employment agreement with Patrick Brever for the position of City Administrator.
4.) Motion to return to open session and take any necessary action.
5.) Discussion/possible motion regarding the updated City Administrator / Economic Development Director po-
sition description.

ing a future event to the City.
