Stat. 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment and compensation of a public employee over which the Common Council has jurisdiction or exer- cises responsibility and Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) to deliberate and discuss negotiation strategy regarding the fol- lowing specified public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session specifi- cally to discuss an employment agreement with Patrick Brever for the position of City Administrator. 4.)
