period.
d.) Approval of a temporary extension of premise application filed by James Moran for an Artworks on the Ave-
nue event on Sunday, October 8, 2023.
e.) Approval of a Secondhand Article Dealer renewal application filed by EcoATM, at 222 N. Chicago Ave., for
the 2023 – 2024 license period.

6.) Discussion/possible motion to authorize a contract for the 10th Avenue and Marshall Avenue Concrete
Pavement Replacement project, with Milwaukee General Construction, in the amount of $241,690.50, with
funding from applicable capital project funds as directed by the Inspection & Engineering Director.

7.) Update regarding Caterpillar Global Mining facility tour and 130 years of earthmoving equipment being
