Motion to adopt items in the consent agenda. 2.) Congratulations to Public Health Administrator Jackie Ove for receiving the Wisconsin first congressional district’s Health Care Hero Award and Captain Dan Fournier for receiving the Wisconsin 21st assembly district First Responder of the Year Award. 3.) Reminder that there will be a public hearing on the City’s budget in the Common Council Chambers on Monday, November 20, 2023, at 6.00 p.m. At the Common Council meeting on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., the Common Council will adopt the 2024 annual operating budget. 4.) Reminder that the Common Council meeting for January 2, 2024, was cancelled due to the holidays. Reports of Standing Committees LEGISLATION & PERMITS COMMITTEE – B. Briesemeister 5.) Discussion/possible motion on an application for “Class B” Liquor and Class “B” Beer license filed by Bella Rose Events, LLC / Nada Stillo, Agent, for the premise at 920 Monroe Avenue, for the 2023 – 2024 license pe- riod. 6.) Discussion/possible motion on an application for a bartender license filed by Todd P. Schreier, 10181 S. Barrington Dr., Oak Creek, for the 2023 – 2024 license period. 7.) Discussion/possible motion on an application for a bartender license filed by Alaynah Thompson, 408 11th Ave., South Milwaukee, for the 2023 – 2024 license period. Discussion/possible motion regarding an ordinance to create a loading zone on the west side of 11th Ave- nue at property 1101 Montana Avenue for the purpose of loading and unloading of supplies for the existing business. (Suspension of the Rules) 9.) Discussion/possible motion regarding placement of “No Parking” sign north of 1101 Montana Avenue from the driveway to the stop sign. 10.) Discussion regarding the ongoing lawsuit with 3M and DuPont over PFAS/PFOA contamination. 13.) Discussion regarding the Water Utility’s application to apply for a simplified rate case to increase the Wa- ter Utility’s water rates beginning February 2024 pending Water/Wastewater Commission approval.
