Discussion/possible motion on a resolution for adoption of the 2025 budget. 3.) Discussion/possible motion on a resolution levying taxes for the year 2024. HUMAN RESOURCE COMMITTEE – Ald. Clark 4.) Discussion/possible motion regarding the temporary position of Office Assistant (part-time) for the Wa- ter/Wastewater Utility. 5.) Discussion/possible motion regarding an ordinance to amend Salary Ordinance Nos. 2250, 2254, 2261, 2264, and 2265 to fix and establish the amount of salaries, wages, and certain benefits and allowances which shall be paid by the City of South Milwaukee to its supervisory and General Employees. 6.) Discussion/possible motion regarding an ordinance to amend Salary Ordinance No. 2251 to fix and establish the amount of salaries, wages, and certain benefits and allowances which shall be paid by the City of South Milwaukee to its fire and police union employees. Discussion/possible motion regarding a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of up to $442,098 tax- able water system revenue bonds, series 2024, and providing for other details and covenants with respect thereto, and approval of related $491,220 financial assistance agreement. Discussion/possible motion regarding a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of up to $315,280 taxable LSL replacement loan program revenue bonds, series 2024A, and providing for other details and covenants with respect thereto, and approval of related $452,710 financial assistance agreement. 10.) Discussion/possible motion regarding a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of up to $129,043 taxable private LSL replacement loan program revenue bonds, series 2024B, and providing for other de- tails and covenants with respect thereto, and approval of related $516,173 financial assistance agree- ment. 11.) Discussion/possible motion regarding the award of the Michigan Ave Sewer Replacement project to Wanasek Corporation in an amount not to exceed $402,640 with proceeds from the Wastewater sewer collection system account 200-000000-53100.
