Discussion/possible motion regarding the 2025 budget for the City of South Milwaukee’s opioid settlement funds. 3.) Discussion/possible motion regarding the creation of a Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) unit with funding pro- vided from the opioid settlement funds. LEGISLATION AND PERMITS – Ald. Pieper 4.) Discussion/possible motion regarding an application for “Class B” Beer and Alcohol license, filed by AK & MF LLC, DBA Bar 920/ Andi Kadesha, Agent, for the premise at 920 Milwaukee Avenue, for the 2024 – 2025 license period. 5.) Discussion/possible motion regarding on application for “Class B” Beer and Alcohol license, filed by PPCC Services LLC, DBA Dot’s Supper Club/ Guriqbal Sra, Agent, for the premise at 305 N. Chicago Avenue, for the 2024 – 2025 license period. 6.) Discussion/possible motion regarding on application for “Class A Beer” and Alcohol license, filed by Preet Liquor Inc., DBA BJ Liquor/ Lovepreet Singh, Agent, for the premise 2411 5th Avenue, for the 2024 – 2025 license period. PUBLIC WORKS & PUBLIC PROPERTY – Ald. Maass 7.) Discussion/possible motion regarding an ordinance to amend parking restrictions on the east side of 13th Avenue at 1234 Milwaukee Avenue. PLAN COMMISSION – Ald. Briesemeister 8.) Discussion/possible motion to approve a Bucyrus Storefront Activation Grant for Dot’s Supper Club at 305 N. Chicago Ave for an up to $15,000 matching grant. Discussion/possible motion regarding a final draft of the memorandum of understanding between the School District of South Milwaukee and the City to provide a Senior Tax Exchange Program (S.T.E.P.). MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS- Health Department 10.) Discussion/possible motion on the renewal of agreement to provide Public Health Services for the City of St. Francis. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS- Economic Development 11.) Presentation regarding the S.M.ALL Business Program. 12.) Discussion/possible motion regarding the 2025 budget for the S.M.ALL Business Program. 13.) Discussion/possible motion regarding a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System as part of the S.M.ALL Business Program. 14.) Presentation from Savage Solutions regarding the status of the South Milwaukee Sam campaign. 15.) Discussion/possible motion to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stas. 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified business, whenever competitive bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifically to discuss an agreement with Savage Solutions for the 2025 budget for the South Milwaukee Sam campaign with funding provided from the Bucyrus Foundation grant funds. 16.)
