Accept the resignation letter of part-time Treasurer Clerk Karisa Lamon, effective January 3, 2025. d.) Acknowledge the Police and Fire Commission’s acceptance of Lieutenant Ryan Miksa’s voluntary reduc- tion in rank to Paramedic/Firefighter, and the promotion of Jeremy Fronczak to Lieutenant. PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL – Ald. Briesemeister 1.) Motion to adopt items in the consent agenda. Reports of Standing Committees HUMAN RESOURCES – Ald. Clark 2.) Discussion/possible motion confirming the Police and Fire Commission’s approval of a title change for the Fire Department’s position of Captain, to Battalion Chief. LEGISLATION AND PERMITS – Ald. Pieper 3.) Discussion/possible motion regarding an agent change for PPCC Services, LLC DBA Dot’s Supper Club/ Dottie Kieckbusch, Agent, for the premise at 305 N. Chicago Avenue, for the 2024-2025 license period. PUBLIC WORKS & PUBLIC PROPERTY – Ald. Maass 4.) Discussion/possible motion regarding a resolution authorizing the South Milwaukee Yacht Club to install a fuel storage tank on leased premises. 5.) Discussion/possible motion regarding a memorandum of understanding between the City of South Milwau- kee and the School District of South Milwaukee for traffic calming and pedestrian safety enhancements. 6.) Discussion/possible motion regarding the award of the design contract for the 2025 Concrete Program to Collins Engineers in the amount of $55,621.52 from various capital and operating budgets. Discussion/possible motion regarding a memorandum of understanding between the City of South Milwau- kee and the Cities of Cudahy/St. Francis for the Environmental Health Consortium. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS- Water/Wastewater 8.) Update regarding the rate case study that was submitted to Wisconsin Public Service Commission. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS- City Administrator 9.) Discussion/possible motion regarding an amendment to the intergovernmental agreement for information technology services between the City of South Milwaukee and the City of Oak Creek. 10.) Discussion/possible motion to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stas. § 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conduct- ing other specified business, whenever competitive bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifi- cally to discuss the parking lots at 1130 Milwaukee Avenue and 2001 12th Avenue. 11.)
