b.) Approval of the Schedule of Vouchers in the amount of $3,923,625.57.
c.) Approval of corrected wage placement for the part-time Police Clerk at Step 7 of Pay Grade D.
d.) Approval of an extension of premise application filed by Virtue Coffee LLC, DBA Virtue Coffee and Valor
Wine, Dottie Kieckbusch, agent, for the 2024-2025 license period at 1234 Milwaukee Avenue.
e.) Approval of Amusement Device Operator license filed by National Entertainment Network for the 2025-
2026 license period.

3.) A dedication ceremony for Grobschmidt Senior Center Director Sandy Quinlan’s memorial bench will be
held at the Bucyrus Commons on May 6th at 6:00 p.m.
4.) Update on South Milwaukee’s Earth Day event scheduled for Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. –
12:00 noon at the City Administration Building’s front parking lot.
5.) Reminder that after the third Tuesday of April, the chairperson on the standing committees shall become
the vice-chairperson and the vice-chairperson shall become the chairperson.

sin Policy Forum report regarding library services in the City of South Milwaukee and make a recommenda-
tion.

8.) Discussion/possible motion regarding Temporary Class B Beer and Wine license application from South
Milwaukee Rockets Wrestling Club for Cheers the Years on June 14, 2025.
9.) Approval of a temporary extension of premise application filed by GEJ Inc., DBA Spirits Bar and Grill, Ed
Abrams, agent, for an event on July 24, 2025 at 922 Milwaukee Avenue.
