Call to order/roll call. 2. Approval of minutes from the August 12, 2020 Special Meeting. Police Department 3. Discussion/possible motion to approve Chief Jessup’s recommended candidate for promotion to Police Captain. 4. Discussion/possible motion to approve Chief Jessup’s recommended candidate for promotion to Police Lieutenant. Fire Department 5. Discussion/possible motion on request to make a provisional offer of employment to a Firefighter candidate based on successful background investigation. 6. Discussion/possible motion on request for approval of appointment of Firefighter candidate contingent on the results of the medical/physical examination and psychological evaluation. 7. Update on upcoming Fire Captain’s vacancy due to retirement, and possible Fire Lieutenant’s vacancy. 8. Update on current recruitment process for Firefighter. 9. Adjourn.
