OTHER BUSINESS – TAB 5 a) Consideration authorizing the Third Amendment to the Agreement with Hy-Byrd, Inc. for Building, Code, and Inspection Services, for an additional two (2) years. (Action Item) b) Consideration to authorize American Lighting Estimate No. 3107 in the amount of $11,417.76 for the Street Lighting repair. (Action Item) c) Council consideration of Architectural Review Board approved improvements for Horizon’s West Condominium: 3581 South Ocean Blvd., as approved on September 16, 2025: 1. Relocate the existing 4-foot fence surrounding the air conditioning compressor and replace it with a 4-foot concrete block wall, to be situated behind the existing gas meter. (Action Item) 2. Installation of two (2) high-visibility bollards intended to enhance pedestrian and equipment protection in the designated area. (Action Item) 3. Installation of Clusia hedging on both sides of the newly constructed block wall, as well as between the installed yellow bollards, to improve the aesthetic appearance of the area immediately adjacent to the building’s lobby. (Action Item) d) Consideration of rescheduling the March 10, 2026, Regular Town Council meeting to March 17, 2026, due to the Town’s Municipal Election. (Action Item) 13.
