Report regarding Public Hearing on the 2015-2016 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report for the Community Development Block Grant Program and Resolution Approving the 2015-2016 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report and Authorizing its submittal to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Resolution modifying the existing Minor Use Permit (MUP15-0001) to allow an expanded vehicle rental operation at 1440 San Mateo Avenue subject to the draft revised conditions of approval.
