Report regarding a resolution approving a consultant services agreement for construction management and inspection services for the Water Quality Control Plant Wet Weather and Digester Improvements Project with Kennedy/Jenks Consultants of San Francisco, California in the amount not to exceed $3,776,250, authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement, and authorizing a total construction management budget of $4,153,875. Report regarding a resolution approving a services agreement with American Air Systems of San Carlos, California, for the maintenance and service of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, plant hot water boilers, and laboratory refrigeration units at the Water Quality Control Plant and remote pumping stations for three years in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per year.
