The purpose of conducting the meeting as described in this notice is to provide the safest environment for staff and the public while allowing for public participation. Remote Public Comments Received Members of the public wishing to participate are encouraged to submit public comments in writing in advance of the meeting by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21st. State law prevents Council from taking action on any matter not on the agenda; your comments may be referred to staff for follow up.
